-Lowered car vs surface_metal/default friction from 0.4 to 0.35. Will affect carbody vs armco and carbody vs track surface at some tracks.
-Shaved 3% performance off 7.0L v8 Chevy engine
-Fixed 119 skin (mk1granc)
-Fixed lexus silver rims (no longer pink)
-Disabled Am5 AI
-Set Am5 player car to have 100 health ponts and moved it to lower on the list (same as other vanilla cars)
-Added placeholder .vepas (pack01-25) so anyone can make a skinpack
-Gave merc600 its own tire profile (hopefully fixing recent steering problems)
-Gave AI less brake power and lowered their spinout angle from 60 to 55.
