-The malus from subsidizing Vassals is now tiered with the number of Vassals an empire has.
•1 to 5 Vassals = -5% of credits and minerals
•6 to 10 Vassals = -10% of credits and minerals
•11 or more Vassals = -15% of credits and minerals

-The subsidization of Protectorates now reduces your research output, not your research speed. Besides this, you now get a monthly bonus of +20 of stored research of each type of science per Protectorate. Given enough Protectorates, you can overcome the malus from the policy.

-Policy description changes

-Changes in the inner working of events, to make them more "object oriented".

Newly acquired vassals/protectorates now will take just around 1 month to become tributaries or receive subsidies - instead of up to 1 year, as before.

Mod updated with a new policy tree: Subjects Support! Now you can play the good guy and subsidize your Vassals or Protectorates (or both) to foster their development and get some relations bonus!
