- Fixed Vindicator and Vanguard having their descriptions swapped
- Gives all LW Mec spark armors more utility and heavy weapons slot (Requires TONS of Utility Items) in preparation for LW mec class ports to take advantage of abilities that does something with them.

- Give heavy armors the ability to jump to top of buildings, but requires 2 action points and have a mobility and action penalty for the purpose of evac.
