GTS Perk added! Exposed Weakness: Gain +15 crit against flanked enemies and enemies that don't use cover.
Expanded descriptions now list ability cooldowns.
Shrapnel Cannon/Devastate now mildly more likely to make a solider step out of cover before firing.

New Perk added: Compensation
Shrapnel Cannon/Devastation don't end turn if you have Salvo
Shouldn't be able to get its own abilities from AWC anymore
