Fixed a problem with multiplayer

Moved the UI from FCE UIutil to the now supported Mod UI.
This should fix some bugs with people having problems with FCE Util not loading correctly, and breaking stuff -.-

Updated, the ore extractors now have UI, and i removed all 8, and made 2 new extractors

Stock Infinte Ore Extractor -> Mines normal ore (T1, T2 and T3)
Advanced Infinte Ore Extractor -> Mines normal and hard ore (T1, T2, T3 and T4)

they can both use cutterheads (why?) and all motors.
They are now MUCH more OP, and they have the same UI as the normal extractors...

  • Added 4 new ties of inf extractors
  • T5-T8 does not require cutter heads, and can mine Moly and Chrome ore
  • Also fixed a bug where all extractors start at 30 sec extraction, no matter their extraction time
