Updated for the Bretonnia faction release.

The boolean script logic from CA looks weird with regards to the good traits, trigger logic and could prevent traits from triggering on other factions.

Updated for Rise of the Wood Elves DLC, It should still work for those without any of the DLCs.

Edited from the latest DLC files, main additions are traits and triggers for the new agents

All likes [race] trait triggers removed in addition to previous versions of the mod.

Removed touched by the gods (-leadership) trait triggers for beastman (just does not make sense for this to be a on victory trait 10% and 13%)
