dr_r60d_final_fix (Released!)

Fixed a bug where people can get stuck in the spawn room if they get too close to the door.
Fixed some off the ground props.
The first trap returned back to a window in the wall instead of the entire wall being a glass.
The *alternative active* card trap now kills all the caught runners.
Getting to the shrek minigame normally now is much harder. (find the 3 milk bottles)
Trap indicators disappear when player amount over 20.
When the incorrect door on the 50/50 door is chosen it will close the incorrect one, also the 50/50 door numbers changed to decals.
Dio scaled to more realistic proportions.
The trap after 50/50 doors is improved.
