Attempting a fix for the E-11 error. Increase clip capacity of the E-11 and F-11. Changed damage type for imperial sniper rifle. Let me know if its good or not.

Added multi-color rotary blasters. Changed the name of the Rotary

Problem found with the Z6 Rotary Blaster Enemy. Temp fix has been applied and I changed the name to Z6 Rotary Blaster Red. Paving the road for multi colored destruction.
