  • Changed base level from 1 to 5, resulting in 1st level having -25% modifier instead of -5%
  • Increased number of levels from 17 to 21 to maintain max bonus modifier at +75%
  • Tweaked required experiences accordingly(to fit between vanilla ones).
  • Updated localisation to handle new levels, also, ships use the same names as land units (earlier ships were "Fresh" while land units were "Green")
  • All localisations use English language.
  • Re-done icons - no roman numbers indicating levels, will add them if there's demand(or when I feel like it)
