Just a dummy update so the older version flag is gone, nothing change as it still works as intended.

Updated for latest version.

An official fix from CA would be nice, the new ability selection in custom battles and multiplayer allow you to select Deathblow, but still it is bugged in the campaign and shares it's spot with Rune of Grimnir on the skill tree.

Removed Dwarf Lord entries as latest patch included this particular fix.
