- Added Legacy Warly Config Option
This restores his stats to be that of the ones in the description, alongside his official additions. Includes original ghost art.

- Woodlegs will not lose sanity while sailing / on the ocean

- Fixed Walani's surfboard taking her to the moon
Additionally, she can "surf" in Marsh and Cave ponds now

- Updated and added various speech strings

- Removed Warly from being playable

Note: I'll be finishing up his Legacy config options to restore his previous SWC stats once I've got more time, but until then!

- Lucky cutlass now has a 33% chance to drop gold on kill
(10% for small creatures, 50% for large)
- And tweaked its art

- Added a config option to disable or enable Walani's pond surfing ability

- Added config options for Walani's wetness and sanity modifiers

- Added sort keys to the Chef Pouch and Portable Crock Pot, they'll be first in their respective tabs now

- Fixed thingamabob names on inspect

- Patched crock pot ui appearing out of thin air via the craft pot mod

- Wilbur's manure now uses the new equip restrictedtag (willow update, fixes all edgecases)

- Wilbur will no longer run while groggy

- Tweaked Walani's carol, more minor art polish
