Added little check for some nil error at line 1400

- Changed score counting: added 1 point, 2 points and 3 points goals like a real game.
- Fixed Scoreboard League: points would be added to the wrong side (note: only new placed scoreboards will show the score reversed, not existing ones).
- Added 1 hour, 2 hour and 3 hour reform programs.
- Removed the room icons for better compatibility between PA versions.

- Updated interface.spritebank and ui.png with more room icons for other mods. This version is only compatible with PA Update 11f, if you are using an older version, then remove these two files.

- Updated the Quick Build rooms with the new small Basketball Benches.

Normal small bench will settle Comfort needs.

- Button added to change the court lines: no more need to copy/rename sprites in the mods folder.
- Added a small Basketball Bench for prisoners to watch a basketball game. This will settle Recreation needs.
- Added a normal Small Bench, to be placed elsewhere in the prison.

- Full multi-language support: you can translate the base-language.txt if you wish
- Delete button added: you can delete the whole court with a button
- Tooltips updated: fully compliant with the new PA 2.0 standard
- Button behaviour updated: CourtLights button only available when GAME OFF
- Updated the interface.spritebank for version 2.0 and also added Branch Library
- Tweaked the Quick Build rooms: only the Basic courts are pre-zoned.
