Made the deck/discard mats thinner (by shoving them into the table)

This mod is un-broken now!!!

The current CE assets are being used, apart from the classic Warp.
Cosmic Eons is in the mod now.
Re-organized outer tables slightly more sensibly.
Other little things I might be forgetting.

Added support for Cosmic Storm.

A few minor changes:
• Moved colony counter tokens from the Warp to each players' colored area
• Unlocked some bags that should not have been locked
• Changed thumbnail image because there was a white star behind white text and it didn't look very good
• There was a picture of a dog I used as a placeholder image, and I accidentally left it in for the first version. I removed it, but put it back in somewhere else as an easter egg.
