Attempt to fix render issues

Added old bible for people who liked that better.

Added karma mechanic. If you have a karma over 70, being preached to heals you proportionate to your karma. If it's under 30, being preached to damages you proportionate to your karma.

You gain 0.2 karma by preaching, and an extra 0.2 for every extra person you preach to. You gain 5 karma for killing someone with a bible but -3 for killing someone otherwise. You also lose 1 karma when you die.

Damage done by swinging the bible may become incredibly large if you have a high karma.

Changed attacking to be secondary attack and preaching to be primary attack. Both still do voice lines, however.

Added being able to hit people with the bible.
