Update to fix Spider Swatter disappearing glitch. For some reason during tex file generation, the "dropped" item graphic was getting filled with blank transparent pixels. Had to custom generate the tex file to include the art, glitch should now be fully fixed.

Final fix to sanity aura bug. Removed the sanity loss near spiders, now instead the character has an overall increased sanity loss that can be off-set by killing spiders.

The built-in code for finding proximity to creatures was returning incorrect values that made "lose sanity faster near spiders" very difficult to code without completely creating a new proximity detection system. Opted for a simpler solution that has a slightly different gameplay style, but is probably more balanced overall to help offset the Spider Swatter's buff.
