Version 69 (154981) - Fixes for TTS 8.7. Changed posY to 3.65 and scaleY to 5.1 for all the scripting zones. Stopped using deprecated onDropped and updated it to onDrop.

Fixes for TTS 8.5 and other minor changes.

Votes only are returned to the hand when the placards move. A downvote has a five second delay before returning the votes. Auto placard now ignores a topdeck and skips dead players.

Added automatically moving the president and chancellor placards (auto placards enabled). Votes are returned to the hand after 5 seconds (scripted voting enabled). Changed out the election tracker to better match the released game.

Note Taker: pressing the same button twice will remove the input in most cases. Removed the BBCode from the last vote.

Fixed auto notate with topdeck. Fixed auto previous placards with topdeck. Added on collision to policy cards. Vote history is no longer in chat but the last vote is in removable 3d text.

Added some new options, updated the notetaker and other minor changes.
