  • added decision to buy colonial nations from other countries (can be enacted every 3 years, if successfully bought a province)
    • price of colonial nation = 1500 ducats + province_value of all provinces (1-10 development: 100 ducats, 11-20 dev: 150 ducats, 21-40 dev: 200 ducats, 41-60 dev: 300 ducats, 61-80 dev: 400 ducats, >80 dev: 500 ducats)
    • colonies can max be bought to a size of 64 provinces (so max. price = 33500 ducats for a colonial nation with 64 provinces with at least 81 dev each)
    • AI modifiers for accepting/denying include economical factors, attitude, num of colonial subjects, ruler personality, and others

  • added two more tooltips to the event, which tells you that the specific country rejected your request, to show their reason(s)

  • added opportunity to buy provinces, although the specific country sold provinces recently
    • to be able to buy another province from such a country, you need to have 50 ADM power, 50 DIP power, 50 MIL power and a specific amount of money, which depends on the number of province, which the specific country already sold:
      • 1 Province: Your yearly income x2
      • 2 Province: Your yearly income x4
      • 3 Province: Your yearly income x6
      • 4 Province: Your yearly income x8
      • 5+ Province: Your yearly income x10
    • those costs have to be paid, even if the country rejects your request
    • if the country accepts your request, it's opinion about you decreases by 10 (stackable til -250, yearly decay 0.75)

  • added a new decision to buy provinces from your subjects
    • you can buy provinces that are neighbor provinces of yours (land border)
      • if you or the specific subject have the "secularism" state religion (religion from the Extended Timeline mod), then there are no more restrictions than that
      • if you and the specific subject have not the secularism state religion the province needs to match ONE of the following conditions as well:
        • is a core of you
        • you have a claim on the province
        • the province has your religion
        • the province has your culture
        • the province doesn't have its owner's culture

  • the tooltip that shows up to tell you that a specific neighbor country won't sell a province, because it already bought a specific amount now shows the year in which it is ready to sell another province

  • provinces and countries are now displayed in the event option itself, which makes it easier to find the country/province you're looking for
