changes from initial 2015 release:
- reassigned feather effect to spine bone
- scaled the mesh for each survivor accordingly
- removed snickers from all versions except Coach
- added baseball cap for Ellis
- added more textures to "it" vomit texture patch skinfamily
- altered some hud icons
