Updated to match stellaris 2.0
Uploaded the old version as a separate mod if somone wants to continue a old game

Fixed up some more Trait issues
Put level Caps in on some techs to stop overflow into negative numbers(for example build megastructures giving you resources).

Some changes to make it work in the new version.
Still have some visual things that need to be fixed with trait points.
I do not have much time atm but going to try to fix it this week:)

Updated to Latest Version, Fixed the new growth modifier.
