Added three new Machine Species traits:
Lithovore (1 cost): -10% minerals; -20% robot upkeep
Autotrophic (2 cost): +10% habitability; +10% energy credits
Electrovore (-1 cost): -10% energy credits

For those wanting to access them through the console, their names are trait_svafa_lithovore_machine, trait_svafa_autotrophic_machine, and trait_svafa_electrovore_machine.

Added one new Biological Species trait:
Carapace (2 cost): +25% army health

Other changes:
-Electroreceptors has had its cost increased to 2, as it really was a bit overpowered with the new exploration/sensor mechanics.
-Bioships has been fixed, it now increases daily hull and armor regen by .5%. I'm still testing the balance of the regen rate.
-Parthenogenetic has been changed to +40% growth speed and -15% ethics attraction.

-Bloodthirsty is now a starting trait only.
-Parasitic is now a -1 cost (this should fix the issue with the AI modding it).
-Electroreceptors has been updated for the new sensor range (same type boost as the starbase listening post).
-Subterranean now reduces bombardment damage; replaced fortification bonus, which no longer exists.
-Spaceborn now increases megastructure build speed; replaced border range bonus, as border range no longer exists.
-Swarm Tactics now increases navy command limit; replaced naval capacity bonus - thought it more fitting for swarming than a general boost to naval capacity.
-A few more traits have been added to the robotic race lists. If I remember right, the new ones are: Electroreceptors, Scavengers, and Subterranean.

Removed the ability to add 0 cost traits through gene modification. Will probably revert change if the issue with AI Empires getting an unlimited number of free traits is fixed.
