Fixed duplicated mirror protectors

Stupid editor bugfix

Added crazy rally adoon with external fuel tank and secondary 900 HP engine for trial truck :)

Added fuel cistern and additional 500l fuel tank with spare wheels for better autonomy.

Fixed "rubbery" chassis behaviour under heavy load.

Bugfix for typo in weight parameter.

Changed weight distribution for better handling.

Thanks to localhost's ST+ v7 added 10 stage Norgren gearbox upgrade for TT and V12 trucks.

After long tests on real maps Cruiser Adventure and Siberian Express I found some bugs and fixed it :
- red truck was too powerfull, torque significantly cutted down
- black truck had too long gears and too high top speed, gear ratios has been changed
- fine tuned army wheels for better performance and more friendly fuel consumption, now max. 135l / minute
- for players with steering wheel and manual shifters changed gears on the green trial trucks
- minor invisible fine tuning
- tuned sounds on red truck, louder turbo swish
- swamp super single wheels are back for red truck
