Sound fine tuning for trial truck

Fixed missing textures. Editor is piece of the crap.

Slightly changed sounds

Fixed small, but visible tilt to the right side on all trucks in this package.

Again minor bugfix caused by dumb Truck Editor !!!

Added front protector, slightly increased torque for red truck. Removed unneccessary carriage for old steered trailer, packable trailer is finaly back. Reworked collision models for Custom and trial truck, they are now significantly robustness than before, no problem destroy the tree without large damage.

Probably fina version.

Reworked gearing of the standard transmission of the Custom and Norgren semiautomat, modified Mad Pepa rally addon, very big improvement of the chassis - rubbery behaviour has been fully eliminated.

Bugfix

Fixed glitch on movable Protector - this piece was removed as addon and added on the truck, because Havok can't good handle large objects mass ratios.
