Optimization Improvements. Wanted to do more but the entity limit was becoming a tad bit problematic and I was scared the engine might implode.

List of Changes from version 3: Fixed skybox where necessary. Several clipping improvements. Removed a sub-par and rather pointless building. Added 3 new sitrooms, now with 37% more drifting! all sitrooms can be accessed via admin room. Fixed message in admin room. I forgot to pack it into the last version. whoops. Added a medical center at the spawn area in a building that was previously not enterable. New area of the map in the form of a residential/market district!

Changes: Upon request, added a sitroom detached from the map. Teleporter to sitroom is located in Admin Room. Also, changed the locations of the secret buttons to more secret locations. ;)
