Fixed some of the worse bugs in Map II, including NPCs that can follow you, disappearing ladders, and getting trapped in the PSI chamber after the containment breach event.

Restored the briefly vanished PSI chamber and Psychotronics as "Map II". Now includes something for the controller to do.

Many lighting tweaks.

Technician in Map E no longer commands his console through The Power Of Christ.

Scientist in Map E no longer practices the art of yogic levitation.

Various doors in Map E fixed.

Sounds added to Map E.

Soundscapes fixed in Map H.

Weird black oily shadows removed from Map H.

Trams almost added to the tram station in Map H but things turned out not to work right so they are currently disabled.

Restored the long-vanished 'E' map.

Simplified installation.

Many minor lighting changes.
