37 new vehicles, new category, downloads.lua added to force download all the models and mats required for this addon to work. This should reduce the amount of people saying I CANT FIND IT or THERE ARE ERRORS. If a server would like to not have a pack of models force download to players just comment it out in the lua file. Ive also added a changelog message to help keep people in the loop. Only appears in console.
