- Replaced warmonger and realist mode settings in the decision menu with game rules. You can now choose between 3 pricing settings, cheap, moderate and expensive.
- Added an game rule option allowing you to choose the highest tier you can purchase. Counties, Counties & Duchies, or Countes, Duchies and Kingdoms.
- Can no longer purchase Emperor titles because its a bit unbalanced.
