Minor tinkerings.
- Yen OP-ness rebalanced. The gameplay still considerably easy for a heavy debt country.
- Legalised Prostitution implemented as "none". Because, you know, it's "none" really.
- Modifier tinkered/added for Ethnic Minorities and Immigration. Now they hate you a bit more.
- Border Control fixed and Citizenship Test removed from starting policies. Now more realistic.
- Existing taxes implemented. Now more realistic, also your people suffer more.
- Existing policies implemented. Speed Camera, Childcare, and so forth.
- Starting Economic Cycle changed. Now more conviniently timed Market Meltdown hopefully.

Notes
- If the gameplay still hard for you, this mod should go well with other policy mods enable the monetary policy. Go BOJ.
- Tax rate is not the same as the actual taxation. It's because the rates here adjusted to the income ratio to the debt.
- - If only there was a way to change the interest rate, it'd be possible to set the tax according to the real ones tho.
- In order to represent the political apathy, I was going to set the socialist membership lower. But apparently the modifier for that dosn't really work. So, nevermind.
