Fixed XComContent.ini

Added MKV and ODST Shoulder pads for Male characters.

Added Collar/Breacher and ODST Chest Attachment for Male Characters.

WARNING: Just noticed an error in the content.ini file, will be fixed soon.

Hotfix 1.1 - Sorted out an issue with the workshop that didn't seem to update the .int and .ini files that were modified in the previous hotfix.

HOTFIX 1

Updated the XComGame.int file along with the XComContent.ini to allow the existing armor permutations to be used with Medium Plated Armors and Medium Powered Armors (All the basic armors for each tier)
