Updated DCDB for their May 11th 2020 changes

removed an outdated broadcast, and updated the notebook

-Crisis and Crossover games (crossover 4 & 8 need some work) can be automatically set up now, with any of the 4 original base sets
-Scripting Key 7 (numpad 7 by default) will give you a Weakness
-UI has been slightly updated
-Side tables removed in favor of one large table
-Some minor bug fixes
-Some things on the table moved around, and some tokens bags removed or moved to their game mode

Rule Books now come out for games with Automatic Setup that are available.
Set some Objects to Lock when loaded and moved onto the table
Objects now spawn over their location instead of moving across the table for Automatic Setup

Fixed a whitelist issue
