Changes&Fixes :
*Character sound level lowered of 4db.
*Mush Gardens fix for better spawn.
*Made all potions into 1 "potions.lua" amd removed all duplicates.
*Potions will show their color name instead of their effect name when on the floor or in inventory of none-korrigans.
*Removed duplicate(potion) anim and tex files.

*Moved StatusWidget to its own file.
*Weakness perk - Damage multiplier .50.
