Slightly moved the after action cards up so the health bars are fully visible.

Fixed a bug where KIA/MIA soldiers' photos get cut off

- Fixed the first card not aligning properly
- Fixed Soldier 0 repeating
- Now you may promote soldiers not shown in the cinematic (Have to stop using UIScreenListener for that due to hardocded location tags)
