Added 1 Avenger Map
-Uses a Large Parcel which may make the disrupoter spawn a little further away but the silver lining is that enemies will be more spread out as well.

Cleaned up many existing maps to fix periphery (stuff outside of or on the edge of boundaries) jankiness and to alter line of play generations. The following maps were changed:

Added a config change to Avenger Defense Missions to fix a base game bug where you don't spawn on the Avengers ramp.

Context:
XCOM2 by default only supports a total of 3 floors on a map. The Crescent Ravine retaliation map could potentially have 4 depending on parcels chosen. This could lead to problems trying to climb to those floors or crash your game if you spawned there.

Added: Config File change to add one extra floor you can scroll up to (was 3, is now 4)

Changed maps:

Shanty Crescent Ravine
-Raised the roof (level volume) so you can spawn on 2 story buildings that spawn on the cliffs if XCom wills it.

Removed objective flag from street that was out of bounds.

City Center Large Plaza, City Center Medium Park:
Removed Vehicle Objectives from these maps because they generated wonky lines of play a little too often.
