Added number of uses config options for tools, weapons, staffs and amulets. Added option for pernament top-tier armors and Thulecite Crown 100% damage absorbtion.

Fixed issue with displaying invalid number of items in stack by decreasing allowed stack size below max properly displayed (which is 256 items).
