Hotfix - fixes server crash on join of non-admin player when rank "trusted" is not in use

This release fixes commands usage for non-admin players

Scaled Chest structure protection fix adding compatibility with Elastispacer

Hotfix to make rank check during join work if you're not admin

Hotfix (8.5.2).
Resolves crash when attempting to save file. Unfortunately, at this point there's no method to write to a file I know, nor is there a working way to try-catch anything so any writes are just off.
In-session cache works so I'll think about export/import data command.
