Version 2 update:
-Added slight radio distortion (Just trying to match the vanilla xcom 2 voices better. I really enjoy the way the Reach soldiers sound already, and didn't want to lose that.)

-All class actions now voiced
-Rearranged some redundant clips
-Changed the display names "KAT-B320" = "NOBLE TWO (KAT-B320)"(You might have to re-select the voice in the customization menu)
