fixed a few things that Porkkana1337 pointed out on the kz-climb forums, thanks.

- removed a pixel shortcut on second last room (thanks src)
- removed possible way to get out of the map (thanks snarky)
- improved visibility in the last room (thanks netcode)
- added an automated (maybe working) kz config for those playing offline
