Default parking brake sound reworked to use sounds based on the International Lonestar.
It now has a corresponding air sound that is audible from the outside camera when applying the parking brake.
The trade off is that the air sound doesn't attenuate by distance, however it is affected by the truck cabin soundproofing now.
To use this in a truck mod, please use these lines in the interior sound configuration:

When you hear this, it is recommended to go into the interior camera for the complete sequence, unless you want to skip it.
