Red Dragon Inn 6 first update.

Nearly complete, I will update again when I have the correct art for Drink Deck 6's box.

I have removed the loose tokens at the start and instead have opted for bags in the middle.

All the rest of the RDI 6 content should be correct, but let me know if you find any problems.

Added who goes first die from another mod.

- Golden Stout, Prognosticating Punch, and Timewarp Tonic from Slugcrew S4 rewards.
- Hellspawn Stout and Nitrel Glycerin from S3 tournament rewards.

Added updated versions of all RDI 6 content. All characters are now included along with Boss Mode for Vlazlo. Please send feedback to the developers (links on rule sheets).
