Set ragdoll_sleepaftertime to 20 instead of 420420 along with cl_ragdoll_reload to 0 instead of 1
hopefully will fix the lag everyone has been having.

Also set ragdoll_velocity_multiplier 16 instead of 24 // 8 is the original amount, I added 16 to compensate for the increase in gravity. I forgot to switch it back after I lowered the gravity from 1158

Added the cvars to all the mutations, fixed some accidental messups (certain cvars were just wrong.)

set gravity back to 772, didn't have a good framerate before so couldn't really tell 1158 was way too much. My bad.

set phys2_ragdoll_drive_type to 2 so momentum changes would take effect.

Actually edited the gravity this time 772 now instead of 1158, might have added ragdoll self collision, and momentum.

This version adds clipping to the ragdolls, multiplies the ragdoll gravity x3 instead of x2.
