New background in the menu

The mechanic now sells new improvements for the skunk (Item "Products" -> "Next"):
REAL TURRETS FOR SKUNK (shoot automatically at your target)
new radars
new hull upgrades
Automotic repair systems (Now you can safely throw engineers overboard)

To gain access to these things, you must have (20 points) reputation with the merchant

Bugs fixed

Recommend "new game" (for older versions)

added new Skarantirs (With other products) +increased cargo hold

fixed problem when ship stuck at the shipyard (reduced hangar for drones).
