Renamed "Attack rate" to "reload time" to clarify how it works and that a lower number is better.
For expansion support (if someone plays on expansion dataset with this (wrong) mod enabled):
Corrected the teuton civ bonus, where I've missed that they get +10 garrison and +5 max arrows on their TCs
Added an "eagle warrior" line.
