Minor Overhaul:
-Recompiled on new qc rules that improve smoothing on the reference mesh
-Adjusted firing blending to be less intense and erratic
-Increased walking animation from 30 to 33 fps
-New metallic shader
-Fixed muzzle smoke emitting from the incorrect position
-Added Whitaker gun shop sign

-Reduced gunfire audio
