Version 1.0 RC4

- Replaced illuminated Arrows over the first transition with a bigger obstacle in order to make the driveable path easier to see
- Added a second Boost on the Ramp - You shall not pass without Boost anymore ;)
- Sector 5: Replaced the Street Boost with triple custom ones. This results in a bit lower turn speed before the tunnel entrance (525 => 510)
- Finish: Removed the blocks with the lights on the left side (they cannot be seen as obstacles and players may crash) and replaced them with a row of illuminated arrows
- Tweaked Author Time a bit
