+set debug mode via console command pattern: mutate debug[DebugLevel] (e.g. mutate debug10)
+WORKS ONLY IF LOGGED IN AS ADMIN
+the following debug levels are available:
0: disable
10: logs connection attempts to ingame chat with a rcon tool
20: logs info about all received messages to ingame chat
+added versioning displayed by the console command 'mutate ChivAdmin'
