- Fixed the "i cannot code after 15 hours of works therefore a + became a - in the code and i somehow managed to not see it made the squad UI disapear after selecting the third soldier in testing" issue.

NEW CONTENT:
- User can now select whether they want the stat to display verticaly or horizontaly (STATS_VERTICAL)
- User who opt for horizontal stats can now display them above or below the perk lines (STATS_HORIZONTAL_ABOVE)

- FIXED scrollbar poping up right ontop the "EDIT" button (would happen for squads size <= 6)
- FIXED right-most soldier not displaying its stats (would happen for squads size <= 6)
- FIXED "EDIT" button not displaying while unit was equiped with a secondary weapon (W.A.R/E.X.O) if a scrollbar was present.

V1.0 : Rewriten most of the code.

NEW FEATURES:
- New INI configuration options !
--> Customize your experience, change the number of perks to be displayed, the width of one perk line, and whever or not you want a background under there.
- That's right, due to popular demand : added an (optional) background under the perks to match the U.I
- Support for unlimited perk numbers.

FIXES:
- FIXED 2 rows and more being overlayed with the scrollbar.
- FIXED weird resize of the squad tiles.
- FIXED weird positioning of the squad tiles.

- Fixed an issue where auto-fill squad would screw up and blow up the squad to hell. (not really)
