Added electric fab
-Half the size of a normal fab
-Can be picked up or destroyed for 100% resources
-Custom mesh when dropped from inventory
-Runs on electricity
-Darkened the vanilla texture
-Can be crafted from hand using normal fabricator ingredients

Updated Epic Forge
-Can now be picked up or destoryed for 100% resources
