Removed unneccessary XComGame SRC files and classes. Reduced mod file size. Recompiled, and debugged.

Tweaked the fit with the fallback hair pieces. Still not as I would have liked. Fit's much like a boonie or floppy boonie.

Fixed BIG D tattoo missing from female.

Note: Because of the arms' mirrored UV's, the Big D tattoo will be backward if used on the right arm. Sorry, nothing I can do about that.
