Reworked to use the added functionality of OnPostTemplatesCreated so screen listeners are no longer necessary.

Finally got modbuddy to stop uploading 16MB of unneeded crap.

Mod can now function without experiencing persistence issues, as far as I've tested with both a new save and a mid-playthrough save.

16 MB of unneeded source files in Src/XComGame may be inadverently downloaded, modbuddy's giving me grief over when I try completely deleting them from the project.
