-Added new check for NCE to hopefully eliminate bugs with the playable Advent mod.
-Added log messages and nce checks for all kinds of errors and bugs you might encounter.
-Change the way red fog calculates whether it should change a soldier's stats at the end of the mission previously it would not register I healed Soldier at the end of the mission.
-Changed all DisplayName comparisons to DataName comparisons to hopefully avoid localization issues

-NCE and CC now track if a soldier is wounded or shaken and preserve the relevent stats (HP and Will, respectively)
-Fixed issue that was cause NCE to produce invalid rookie (blank square andno label for lass)
-Removed ability to use Commander's Choice to change a soldier into the class they already are, preventing artificial stat boosting
-Added Squaddie loadout to new class when changing classes through CC (no more having to change loadout's yourself)
-Disabled Hidden Potential due to internal mod incompatability
