- Fixed hobo screaming having an unusually high sound level

- Made ConVar "betterfists_stopscreamondeath" save on server shutdown/restart

- Added ConVar "betterfists_stopscreamondeath" (default 0): Stops the Angry Hobo Screaming on death when using Hobo Fists' reload function

- Added "Hobo Fists" as requested by a Steam Community member (Press R to yell like a maniac)
- Fixed punch sound being global when within vicinity of someone fisting... something

- (Probably might've) fixed original DoD:S U.S. soldier viewmodel from appearing with c_hands
